Working Days and Business Hours
.1. Working Days
Our standard working days are:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Note: We do not operate on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays. Orders placed outside of our working days will be processed on the next available working day.
2. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is received, during our working hours.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Schedules
- Orders placed and processed on working days will follow our standard delivery time frame of 2-3 business days.
- Orders placed on non-working days will begin processing on the next working day.
4.Public Holidays
Our office and customer service are closed on public holidays. Any orders or inquiries made on these days will be handled on the next available working day. Please refer to our website for announcements regarding specific holiday closures.
